Saint Peter’s University Hospital — Rebrand

What was needed:

To reposition this growing urban hospital as being the hospital of choice for a variety of service lines in a highly competitive environment.

What we did:

Our re-branding strategy centered on developing a unique value proposition based on qualitative and quantitative research with consumers, community physicians, hospitalists and nursing staff.

Using unique video techniques, we created patient testimonials for the neonatology, obstetrics, orthopedics, cardiology, diabetes treatment and pediatric oncology service lines that were unlike any other at the time. Eight years later, recall was so strong that the campaign was revisited with the original patients recalling their original testimonials and updating the audience on how well they were doing.

All six-specialty service lines experienced significant volume increases ranging from 12% to 45%, and nationwide awards were won for creativity and effectiveness.

OHAUS Explorer — Launch Dealer Kit

What was needed:

Launch a new product by rebranding an old name.

Strategize a dealer program to generate excitement at the industry’s largest global trade show, PITTCON, held in Dubai.

What we did:

SGW created a 9″ x 12″ x 1″ box with spec sheets and
collateral as a dealer kit that opened like a trifold with eight cubes that popped out: which the dealers could then assemble as a vertical puzzle into a counter display.

Coupled with a video online game we created for learning about product info to be used online and introduced at the trade booth, plus 8 giant 2′ square blocks for attendee participants to race to build up.

Because of the huge amount of first-time orders taken at the show, OHAUS deemed this effort to be the most

successful new product launch in the company’s history.
