Campaign Goal

Segmentation marketing significantly improved campaign results for Union County Community College, with a 10% + increase in the number of new student enrollment and applications within a three month period. To engage new applicants, our customer experience team reviewed their path from initial response, to application, to enrollment. SGW worked closely with the UCC recruitment office and found areas where students dropped out of the process, helping reduce the number of new students who abandon the journey to enrollment.
