As President and CEO, Barnes is responsible for SGW’s day-to-day management including overseeing its financial, HR and legal departments. She works closely with Frank P. Giarratano, SGW’s Senior Partner and Chief Marketing Officer, to develop new business opportunities and promote the company’s unique segmentation marketing programs.

Frank has 25 years of “hands-on” experience as a marketer and is well versed in brand architecture and business strategy. He has developed successful programs ranging from internal employee engagement, to full scale campaigns designed to achieve brand dominance and grow service lines.

John RizziVP, Account Services

John joined the agency in 1998 and has extensive background in marketing. He is currently responsible for managing B2B accounts and has more than a decade of banking experience.

Marleen AndersonAccount Manager

Marleen is currently responsible for managing accounts in the higher education and healthcare space. In more than 20 years of experience she has also managed accounts in the insurance industry such as Prudential.

Cesare (Chez) Pari Chief Creative Director, Video Director/Producer

Chez is responsible for art direction and the creative development of marketing campaigns. He works closely with all members of the creative and account teams to ensure the ongoing strategic integrity and superior quality of all creative materials.

Diane PittmanProduction & Traffic Manager

Diane works internally with creative and account services, as well as externally with publishers and printers to ensure the best quality for all marketing publications and materials. She sees that all marketing content is distributed properly and within deadlines. Diane has been with SGW for more than 15 years working on clients such as Saint Peter's University Hospital, Northshore LIJ, and Maimonides.

Lisa RileyMedia Buyer

Lisa has been a media buyer with SGW for 25 years, and is responsible for placing all print, digital, outdoor, radio, and cable media. She has established numerous relationships with key media sources and outlets which represent the majority of media in the tristate area.

Ken LombardoCreative Director

For more than 11 years, Ken has brought to SGW his 35+ years of general consumer and B2B advertising and marketing strategy experience. Predominantly responsible for creative direction and branding, including strategic collaboration with Account Services team, for a variety of clients, including Nestlé Health Science.

Debbie CarrilloPayroll and HR Administrator

Debbie joined the company as a Telemarketing Manager and quickly became part of the Accounting Dept. as well as an Office manager. She manages various responsibilities from Accounts Receivable, Payables, Month End reports as well as serving as a point of contact for daily office related functions.

Kyle is an editor and cinematographer with a BA in Television and Digital Media from Montclair State University. Previously, he has worked on projects ranging from television documentaries, to feature-length films, and premium podcast content.

As a creative director, John is responsible for and overseeing conceptual development of marketing and advertising campaigns. Part of that responsibility is collaborating with each team assembled for clients in industries ranging from banking to healthcare, higher ed to B2B.

Mark NewlandIT, Database Management/Analytics

As head of technical operations, Mark works closely with project members and oversees all web-related functions. After attending Northeastern Christian and Burlington County Colleges, he began his career at well-known companies including Six Flags, Diane von Furstenberg, and National Business Systems.

Jeff BuonforteDirector of Bank Marketing

Jeff Buonforte has over 35 years of experience in the banking and financial industries. He’s served as Executive Vice President with Lakeland Bank from 1999 to 2019 and worked with National Community Bank, The Bank of New York, Merrill Lynch and Price Waterhouse Coopers.
