As President & CEO of SGW Integrated Marketing Beverly is responsible for SGW’s day-to-day management including overseeing its financial, HR and legal departments. She works closely with Frank P. Giarratano, SGW’s Senior Partner and Chief Marketing Officer, to develop new business opportunities and promote the company’s unique segmentation marketing programs.

Beverly excels at understanding client’s goals and strategically executing successful marketing campaigns. She has extensive expertise in managing a robust roster of clients from the healthcare, pharmaceutical, insurance and higher education industries and is dedicated to developing trusted relationships and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Beverly has assembled a diverse Board of Directors and talented teams who are committed to building valued-marketing partnerships and maintaining SGW’s respected position as one of New Jersey’s most innovative marketing leaders

She leads SGW’s efforts in developing mentoring programs for minority college and high school students. These programs are designed to educate and prepare an undeserved population for career opportunities in the marketing, advertising, public relations and communication industries, and improve the diversity in the industry within New Jersey.

A graduate of Berkeley College and former President of Phi Beta Lambda.

Dave is an entrepreneur who began creating and launching start-up companies in 1980. As successful divisions of SGW Integrated Marketing Communications, Inc., Dave launched four integrated independent marketing and communications companies: 3E Public Relations, in 1986; Impact | SGW Coop, in 1992; Digital To Dealer Direct, in 2013, and Changebridge Productions, in 2016.

He believes the future for agencies is in developing trusted relationships and becoming collaborators rather than “cut-throat” competitors. To make his vision a reality in 2018, Dave converted the 23,000 square foot office building they owned and occupied into the Creative Marketing Exchange. CME is a marketing incubator who’s tenants are independent communication, PR and social media professionals, video producers and post-production editors, graphic and brand designers, website developers, digital media strategists and event planners who all collaborate, share conceptual ideas and are willingly to support each other’s clients.

In 2012 Dave was inducted into the “Advertising Hall of Fame” of New Jersey in recognition of his leadership, creativity, professional integrity, philanthropic and economic contributions, high national achievement, and personal involvement in the New Jersey marketing and communication community.

In 2019 NJBIZ presented him with an “Icon Honor Award” celebrating NJ leaders over the age of sixty who have achieved a long, fruitful career and continue to be pioneers and change makers who continue to kick-start innovation in their industries. Icon recipients help the Garden State’s business community grow and mentor the next generation of business leaders.

Dave’s credits the longevity of his career to a continual reinvention philosophy and maintaining a positive business attitude. He is a proactive advocate for creating diversity and inclusion within the New Jersey marketing community and mentors and consults with several agency owners, and a diverse audience of business professionals. He has participated on several business and financial boards, holds a BA and MA in education, a CFP Certification and Health/Life and Real Estate licenses which contributed to his common-sense marketing philosophy. 

Frank P. Giarratano

Frank is a proven marketing executive with over 20 years of experience in brand development, business building and creating ROI campaign models for SGW’s higher education, healthcare and B2B clients.

He has a successful track record in managing and motivating people and a unique expertise in developing market strategies, target segmentation, process development, and uncovering new markets.

Frank is knowledgeable in conducting audience behavior analysis, tradition and digital media advertising, inbound marketing, public relations, social media, search, video, mobile and all methods of integrated marketing. He is an expert in communicating with, developing, motivating and managing teams and has developed excellent analytical, organizational and people skills. Frank has also earned an exceptional reputation for establishing long term trusted client relationships.

He is directly responsible for maintaining SGW’s service lines, supervising the agency’s account management VP’s and developing new business initiatives. Frank is the agency’s Managing Partner, lead relationship manager and coordinates the appropriate communication teams for the agency’s key accounts.

Frank earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Rutgers University and a MBA from Seton Hall University.

Keven Cintron

Keven is an award-winning creative director with a unique expertise in building brands and increasing their exposure through integrated marketing and creative ideas that generate positive audience reactions.

He has diverse experience in a variety of markets, creative chops and digital mindsets and worked in large agencies and corporate environments. Keven’s experience provides clients diverse insights and advice to formulate plans and launch initiatives. Over the years he has had developed creative digital and print strategies for companies such as Becton Dickinson, Castrol, Novartis, Pfizer, SpineWave, Robertet, and many more.

Keven believes in taking a methodical consultative approach. Together with his partner Keith Smerak, Element Six utilizes in-depth analysis, employee expertise and a creative heart to formulate custom communication solutions that successfully satisfy their client’s unique marketing challenges.

They call this approach, Brand Chemistry: Formula. Solution. Reaction.

Keith Smerak

Keith is an award-winning creative director who helps bring brands to life, successfully leading projects and collaborating with marketing professionals across various industries. With an acute understanding of his client’s needs, as well as their audiences’ wants, Keith cuts through the verbal and visual clutter and turns loose ideas into effective marketing and communication realities.

He is a true creative problem solver and at home building visual systems or developing foundational brand strategies. Along with his partner Keven Cintron, Keith has developed a methodical and consultative approach to addressing Elements Six’s clients most complex communication challenges.

They also focus on building strong, long-term client relationships and provide high-touch customer service with honest consultative guidance and advice. Keith has designed company identities and conceptualizing campaigns for companies such as BD, Novartis, Castrol, SpineWave, Rutgers and more.

Keith immerses himself in the branding and creative process and has been extremely successful in developing effective marketing and communication strategies for his clients. He believes in sharing his creative passion with clients, partners, students he mentors and employees alike.

Keith’s specialties include: Brand positioning and personality, Corporate identity, Concept development, Creative campaigns, Content strategy, UI/UX digital strategy and more.

Keith earned a BFA Degree in Graphic Design Study Fields from The College of New Jersey.

Cheryl McDermott


Cheryl is a Certified Financial Analyst with Series, 7, 63 and 65 designations. She currently co-manages and trades CNA’s $19 billion High-Grade portfolio and solely responsible for CNA’s $1 billion Canadian dollar portfolio. She also manages the high-grade sleeve of CNA’s $2 billion Pension portfolio and supervises Loews and Boardwalk Pipeline’s Defined Contribution plans of $250 million.

Cheryl is responsible for analyzing, recommending, and trading High-Grade corporate bond investment opportunities and presents regularly to CNA’s Senior management. She actively participates in Loews and CNA’s Benefits Committee meetings and is recognized as a major contributor.   

Prior to joining the Loews Corporation, Cheryl held the positions of Managing Director, Portfolio Manage and Research Analyst at AIG. As Director she managed AIG’s High-Grade Corporate Bond portfolio of over $250 billion and was personally responsible for managing AIG’s domestic life general account portfolio of $55 billion. Cheryl was a member of AIG’s Investment Advisory Council on Women’s Issues and served as Chairwomen on AIG Investments Culture Task Force.

Earlier in her career she worked as a Portfolio Manager at Dean Witter InterCapital, where she also developed customized marketing materials for Dean Witter’s existing clients and prospective new clients.

Cheryl earned her MBA from Fordham Graduate School of Business, New York, NY sand her BS Degree from University of Vermont, Burlington, VT. 

Ryan McDermott


Ryan is a multi-faceted business entrepreneur with two successful family restaurants located in Montville New Jersey. He is also an investor and member of the executive management team for the Water Gap Wellness Center, an in-house substance rehabilitation and recovery center located in the Delaware Water Gap, PA and an investor and founding member of Deposits Slips LLC, a money remitting company that monitors and verifies money exchanges.

He is a life-long Montville Township resident whose family immigrated from Ireland and re-located to Montville, New Jersey in 1917.  Prior to opening Harrigan’s Pub, his family’s first restaurant in Montville in 1982 and Columbia Inn in 1996, Ryan worked as a corporate institutional bond broker for Garban Corporation.  

Ryan and his family established The McDermott Foundation, directed by his Aunt, Sister Maeve McDermott, to serve Jersey City, New Jersey’s under privileged population. The foundation helps subsidize student tuition costs at Saint Patrick’s School and invests in educational technologies and curriculums. 

Ryan is a Lincoln 1st Bank Advisory Board member and was named Montville’s Businessperson of the Year in 2017. He earned a BA degree in Political Science from Belmont Abbey College in Belmont, North Carolina.
