Implemented an integrated marketing rebranding strategy re-positioning Lakeland Bank as the friendly neighborhood bank. Promoted personalized customer relationships, technology-driven products and a strong community commitment. The rebranding campaign helped to grow the bank’s assets from $800 Million to $6 Billion and reduced customer churn by 30%. Lakeland Bank was recognized by American Banker Magazine as the first community bank to successfully launch a Facebook educational video series.
